Daniel Joseph Watkins

Daniel Joseph (DJ) Watkins is an artist and writer living in Aspen, Colorado.  He grew up in Lawrence, Kansas, and earned a degree in history and international studies at Baker University, where he played varsity basketball.  Watkins creates his own political art and earned a minor in printmaking, art history, and business.  After working for a private equity firm in San Francisco and attending a program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, he moved to Aspen to catalog Thomas W. Benton’s artwork and to complete work on this book.
